Field hockey rankings: Denver East returns to poll

Denver East has joined the CHSAANow.com field hockey rankings, coming in at No. 5. They are the only newcomer this week.
Colorado Academy held the top spot after they beat Kent Denver 2-0 Saturday thanks to two second half goals.
Palmer Ridge hangs on to the No. 2 spot while Cherry Creek and Golden each move up a spot from last week to No. 3 and No. 4, respectively.
The ranking, voted upon by coaches, is the official poll of the Association. Rankings are released each Monday during the season.
