CHSAANow.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website.
We Do Not Store or Sell Your Data
We do not maintain user accounts or sell visitor information. For most of the site, you can browse without providing personal data. The exception is our public forms (see below).
Public Forms
Some pages on CHSAANow (for example, Become an Official) let you submit information through a form. When you submit a public form, the information you enter (such as your name, email, phone number, and other responses) is sent to CHSAA School Center for processing, storage, and staff review. CHSAANow does not store form submissions in its own database.
Forms that use spam protection may load Google reCAPTCHA, which may set cookies or collect technical data according to Google's privacy policy. reCAPTCHA is used only on form pages that require it, not across the entire site.
