Transfer Management Component Within New School Center Now Live

AURORA – The Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) has launched the Transfer Management component of its new CHSAA School Center platform.
Beginning today, July 1, all new transfer waiver submissions must be completed through the CHSAA School Center Transfer Management System.
“This initiative has been driven by a simple goal: to better serve our member schools,” CHSAA Commissioner Mike Krueger said. “We have worked to create a platform that improves communication, increases efficiency and simplifies administrative responsibilities for principals, athletic directors, activity directors, administrative assistants, district athletic directors and other school leaders who interact with CHSAA throughout the year.”
The launch does not change CHSAA’s transfer rules, procedures or required documentation. Parents should not create personal accounts or contact the CHSAA office directly. Instead, families must work with their school’s athletic director (AD) to initiate the transfer process. The AD will collect and submit the required documentation based on each student’s individual circumstances.
Within the platform, athletic directors have access to additional guidance on the various waiver types, while CHSAA’s Transfer Resource Guide remains an important reference.
The CHSAA School Center serves as a centralized hub for member schools, allowing principals, athletic directors, assistant athletic directors, athletic department administrative assistants and district athletic directors to manage coaching registration, the CHSAA School Directory, transfer management and other essential membership resources.
“I would like to recognize the tremendous work of the entire CHSAA team throughout this project,” Krueger added. “In particular, I want to thank Ryan Casey and Matt Jensen, whose vision, innovation, technical expertise and dedication over the past 10 months have been instrumental in bringing the CHSAA School Center to life. Their work, along with the contributions of many others on our staff, reflects our commitment to continually improving the services we provide to our member schools.”
