Cross Country Regional Championships Slated for Oct. 23-24

AURORA – High school cross country teams around the state of Colorado will compete in regional championships this Thursday and Friday for a chance to qualify for the 2025 Colorado High School Activities Association’s Cross Country State Championships. Each classification will host five regionals with the top four teams and any individuals placing in the top-15 from each region advancing to the state championship.

The 2A regional championships will be hosted at Lyons Middle Senior High School in Lyons, Monument Valley Park in Colorado Springs, Hollydot Golf Course in Colorado City, Jack-a-Lope Acres in Ignacio and Confluence Park in Delta. Regional championships for 3A will be atLoudy Simpson Park in Craig, Moument Valley Park in Colorado Springs, Lyons Middle Senior High School in Lyons, Monfort Park in Greeley and Monument Valley Park in Colorado Springs. For 4A, regional championships will be at Siena Valley Club in Gypsum, North Area Athletic Complex (NAAC), Lyons Middle Senior High School in Lyons, Monfort Park in Greeley and Monument Valley Park in Colorado Springs. Finally, the 5A regional championships will be held at Aurora Sports Park in Aurora, deKoevend Park in Centennial, North Area Athletic Complex (NAAC) in Arvada and Monfort Park in Greeley.
