Basketball State Tournament Brackets Released in 4A, 5A and 6A

AURORA — The Colorado High School Activities Association has announced the brackets for the 4A, 5A and 6A Boys and Girls Basketball State Championships.
Tickets for rounds in the Great 8 and beyond can be purchased through AXS.
League champions automatically qualified for each bracket, which consist of 32-team fields. From there, the remainder of each bracket is filled out using the final data from the CHSAA Seeding & Selection Index. That data also seeds the fields.
More information about the Seeding & Selection Index can be found in the official FAQ page.
The only changes made to seeds are either to avoid league matchups (among seeds 1-24), or to alleviate significant travel, where possible (among seeds 25-32).
Qualifiers for each bracket, and their seeds, are below.
Games begin on Tuesday with the first round in the girls’ tournaments, and on Wednesday with the boys’ first-round games.
Classes 3A, 2A and 1A are playing district tournaments this week. Their regional tournament brackets will be seeded next Sunday.
