Cheyenne Mountain 3, (6) Pueblo County 2 — Cheyenne Mountain (4-5) pulled off a Class 4A upset, edging No. 6 Pueblo County (9-3) 3-2. The 1-run decision gave Cheyenne Mountain its second straight victory.
(1) Windsor 6, (3) Fruita Monument 2 — Windsor added another top-10 victory later in the day, taking down No. 3 Fruita Monument (8-2) 6-2 in Class 4A action. After the loss, Fruita Monument moved to No. 4 in the daily rankings.
(2) Holy Family 8, (5) Eaton 3 — No. 2 Holy Family (10-1) extended its winning streak to 8 games with an 8-3 victory over No. 5 Eaton (8-6).
