AURORA — The Colorado High School Activities Association has announced the brackets for the 2A, 3A, 4A and 5A Baseball Regional Tournaments.
Brackets:
There were a couple of changes made in the brackets from the seeding data:
- In 2A, Cedaredge and Front Range Christian, and Sanford and Byers switched positions to avoid league matchups, and Meeker and Burlington were switched for geography.
In 3A, Roaring Fork and Valley were switched to avoid a league matchup.
- In 4A, Montrose and Conifer were switched to avoid a league matchup
- In 5A, no changes were made.
Each classification will have eight regionals, with each regional hosting four teams, for 32 teams in total. League champions automatically qualify for the 32-team postseason, and the remaining spots are filled by the highest seeded teams in CHSAA’s Seeding and Selection Index. From there, the remaining spots in each bracket are filled out using the final data from the CHSAA Seeding & Selection Index.
The CHSAA Seeding and Selection Index data also orders the seeding of the brackets, with the top eight seeds in each classification serving as the regional hosts.

Streaming Note: With the NFHS Network declining coverage for all regional contests, CHSAA will waive the postseason rights fee for schools that choose to stream their games through their team’s GameChanger account this weekend only.
