Boys Swimming & Diving: Cherry Creek, Monarch Repeat as State Champions

THORNTON – The 4A and 5A Boys Swimming and Diving State Championships are in the book and both trophies went to repeat champions, as Monarch won a second-straight state championship in 4A and Cherry Creek captured the 5A title for a third-straight year. 

All of the individual event winners at the 5A championships were first-time individual champions, while Cheyenne Mountain Barrett Kerrigan capped off his career at the 4A meet with his third-straight 500 free title.
