Girls Tennis Regional Championships Set to Start Tuesday

AURORA – High school girls tennis teams around the state of Colorado will compete in individual regional championships from Tuesday, April 28 through Saturday, May 2, as they seek the chance to qualify for the Colorado High School Activities Association’s 2026 Girls Tennis State Championships. Regionals were set to begin Wednesday, but with inclement weather forecasted for the week, host sites now have the option of starting Tuesday to ensure all play can be completed by the weekend.
Each of the three classes will have eight regionals with the top two players at Nos. 1, 2 and 3 singles as well as the top two teams at Nos. 1 through 4 doubles advancing to the individual state tournament.
The state tournaments are May 7-9 at Memorial Park in Colorado Springs (Class 3A), Pueblo City Park in Pueblo (4A) and Denver Tennis Park in Denver (5A).
Individual draws will be available on the brackets. See below for a breakdown of each region, with date, location and teams competing. State qualifiers will be updated as they’re determined.
