Flag Football: Brackets Released for State Championships

AURORA – The Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) has released the brackets for the 2025 Flag Football State Championships.

• 4A Bracket

A 20-team single elimination bracket has been released for both classifications. The top 12 seeds will receive a first round bye, with the remaining four first round games being played at the site of the higher seeded team on Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 14-15. 

Opening weekend – consisting of all second and quarterfinal round games – will be played at neutral sites on Saturday, Oct. 18. The 4A games will be played at the North Area Athletic Complex (NAAC) Soccer Field and Football Field, while the 5A games will be played at Jeffco Stadium and Trailblazer Stadium.

The semifinals will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 22, with the two 4A games being played at Jeffco Stadium and the two 5A games at Trailblazer Stadium. The championship games will be the following Saturday, Oct. 25, at Trailblazer Stadium. The 4A championship will be played at 4 p.m., with the 5A title game at 6:45 p.m.
