AURORA - The Colorado High School Activities Association has released the brackets for the Girls Tennis Team State Championships.
The 16-team tournaments will each feature a single-elimination bracket. Due to inclement weather this week, the tennis committee decided to move the first and second round matches to this Wednesday and Friday, respectively. The semifinals will take place on Tuesday, May 7.
The higher seeded team will host the individual dual matches through the semifinals with the final two teams in each classification advancing to the finals site – Denver Tennis Park – on Tuesday, May 14.
All matches will consist of a full two-out-of-three tiebreak sets with a third set being played when the first two sets are split.
