Flag Football: Inaugural State Champions to be Crowned Saturday

AURORA – The inaugural Flag Football State Championship is set for this weekend. Championship Saturday will kickoff at 11:30 a.m. with the 4A semifinals at both Jeffco Stadium and Trailblazer Stadium and will continue with the 5A semifinals at both venues at 1:45 p.m.

The 4A championship game will take place at 4 p.m. and will be followed by the 5A championship game at 6:45 p.m. Both championshpi games will be played at Trailblazer Stadium. 

In 5A, Arvada West, Legend, Mountain Vista and Valor Christian have advanced to the semifinal round, while George Washington, Green Mountain, Mountain View and The Classical Academy advanced in the 4A bracket.
