CHSAA Launches New School Center Platform

AURORA – The Colorado High School Activities Association has launched its new CHSAA School Center, a new digital platform for coach registration, transfer management, forms and more.
Currently, only the coach registration portion is live, with the transfer management system launching on July 1, and more features rolling out in the following weeks.
“We want to thank Matt Jensen for his incredible work in helping to bring this innovative, fully customizable platform to life,” CHSAA Commissioner Mike Krueger said. “The dedication, expertise, and vision he brought to this project, alongside Ryan Casey, Bethany Brookens, and John Sullivan from the CHSAA office, were instrumental in its creation.”
“This platform represents a major step forward for our schools. From the beginning, our goal was to make life easier for athletic directors by creating a centralized hub for managing and tracking school information. By bringing essential tools and resources together in one system, we’ve streamlined day-to-day operations and given athletic directors more time to focus on what matters most: supporting students and building successful programs. We’re proud of what this team has accomplished and excited about the opportunities this platform will create for schools across Colorado.”
Athletic Directors and Activity Directors can now login to the platform to register their coaches and/or check to ensure the list of coaches imported into the system are correct for each sport. Currently, the annual bylaws test and the 1st Year Coaches Course are available to take, with courses completed in the NFHS Learn center syncing to profiles. Certificates for additional courses and trainings can also be uploaded to the platform.
Sport-specific rules videos will roll out as the fall season (and later, winter and spring seasons) approaches.
The CHSAA office will be hosting a number of trainings this summer to help athletic directors, activities directors, athletic assistants and activity assistants get familiarize with the system.
