4A Football: Semifinals Set Following Saturday’s Action

AURORA — The semifinals are set for the CHSAA 4A State Football Playoffs after the quarterfinals were completed on Saturday.
The top three seeds, as well as No. 5 Heritage, have moved into the final four.
Heritage played to a high-scoring, 45-36 victory over No. 4 Durango in the wildest 4A game of the weekend.
The 4A state championship game will be played Saturday, Dec. 6, at 1:30 at Canvas Stadium in Fort Collins. It will be the second championship game of the day, following the 3A game at 10 a.m. and preceding the 5A game set for 5 p.m.
