Boys Golf: State Champions Have Been Crowned




AURORA – The 2024 Boys Golf State Championships is in the books with all four champions being crowned on Tuesday.
In 5A, Cherry Creek came away with its ninth state championship, tying itself for the state record, and the Bruins’ first in boys golf since 1973. In 4A, Cheyenne Mountain won its fourth title, and first since 2022, while Evergreen – winners of the 4A state title a year ago – won its second overall, and second-straight, championship, and its first in 3A boys golf. In 2A, Golden View Classical Academy captured the inaugural title by winning the school’s second-ever state title (boys cross country, 2023) and its first in boys golf.
