Voting for the all-state football teams is underway

The ballot for the all-state football teams has been sent to head coaches.

Voting will run from Monday through 8 a.m. on Thursday, and the all-state football teams will be announced on Thursday.

Every player who was named first-team all-conference by their conference has been placed on the ballot.

Each head coach in the state is permitted to vote in their own classification, and they may vote one time. At the end of the voting period, the votes will be tallied, and the players with the most votes will be placed on the first team, and the players with the next tier of votes will be on the second team.

The all-state teams will be posted on Thursday.
