Softball rankings: University moves up to No. 1 in Class 3A

University is the new No. 1 team in this week’s Class 3A softball rankings.
Elsewhere, The Academy (3A), Meeker (3A), Conifer (4A), Berthoud (4A), Longmont (4A) and Valor Christian (5A) all joined the polls.
The rankings, voted upon by coaches and select media members, are the official polls of the Association. Polls are released each Monday during the regular season.
