DAY 1 at the National Student Leadership Summit in Indianapolis. Explored Indiana and got a private tour of the Indiana Capitol. Then had the first group sessions and learned all about leadership.

We were proud to partner with Children’s Hospital Colorado to welcome a special guest of honor at the Baseball State Championships. Carlos is a 5-year-old and a patient at Children’s Colorado. He loves baseball, especially hitting home runs and fielding grounders. He plays T-ball and looks up to his big sister who also plays the game. Carlos brings energy and a big personality everywhere he goes, and he also loves dinosaurs. Carlos recently underwent a procedure at Children’s Colorado where he showed incredible courage. The night before, he shared a baseball story about dinosaurs as a reminder that bravery comes in all forms. Thanks to the amazing care team, the procedure was a success and he is back doing what he loves, playing baseball and enjoying time with his family. We were honored to share Carlos’ story and celebrate his strength at this year’s championships. @childrenshospitalcolorado

👏 Join us in congratulating Delaney Reuter of Eaton High School, our SCHEELS Impact Player of the Month! Delaney has established herself as one of Colorado's premier distance runners, capturing the CHSAA Class 3A Cross Country State Championship after winning seven races and earning a podium finish in all but one meet. She also placed 3rd at Nike Southwest Regionals and qualified for Nike Cross Nationals, showcasing her talent on the national stage. This spring, Delaney continued to shine by winning the 3A state title in the 1600 meters while also excelling in basketball for the Eaton Reds. Her relentless work ethic, consistency, and dedication to her teammates make her a true impact athlete both on and off the course. 🌟 @coloradospringsscheels @johnstownscheels
