AURORA -- The quarterfinals of the 5A girls lacrosse state tournament took place Saturday, setting the stage for Tuesday's semifinals.
The semifinals are scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., at
Englewood High School. All semifinal games will be
streamed live on the NFHS Network.
Tickets can be

In Saturday's games, traditional powers Colorado Academy (10 state championships) and Kent Denver (three) advanced despite being the lower seed. No. 5 Colorado Academy was a 12-7 winner over No. 4 Fairview, while No. 6 Kent Denver knocked off No. 3 Heritage 11-7. In the other contests, No. 1 Valor Christian defeated No. 8 Rock Canyon 11-5, and No. 2 Regis Jesuit beat No. 7 Arapahoe 20-5.
The championship game is set for Friday, May 15, at the University of Denver's Peter Barton Stadium.
