AURORA - The first round of the 2026 2A Girls Soccer State Championships was completed Thursday. Eight teams have advanced, while eight others earned first-round byes.

The second round is scheduled to be played Saturday.

There were several closely-contested matchups, including No. 11 Front Range Christian's 6-5 victory over No. 22 Liberty Common, and a 1-0 win for No. 15 The Vanguard School over No. 18 Dawson School.
