AURORA - The 2026 Colorado High School Activities Association's Girls Golf State Championships started with a rain-soaked first day at four courses across the state on Monday. On Tuesday, three first-time team champions were crowned with a pair of individuals winning a second-straight title.
In 5A, Valor Christian repeated as both team champions and with the individual champion in Ella Scott. That was the only repeat champion as Ponderosa (4A), Timnath (3A) and Resurrection Christian (2A) all captured team titles for the first time. Individually, Timnath's Cheyanne Schrick won a second-straight 3A title, as Ponderosa's Kaylee Meyering (4A) and Manitou Springs' Addison Dorsey (2A) won for the first time.
