Lacrosse: Postseason Play Continues in Boys, Girls Tournaments

AURORA -- The stakes are getting higher in 2026 CHSAA Boys and Girls Lacrosse State Championships, with the finalists having been determined for the the two girls championships and the two boys classes having reached the semifinals.

Up first are the girls championship games on Friday at the University of Denver's Peter Barton Stadium. Game times are scheduled for 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and tickets are available through GoFan. There will be no cash sales on site.

In the opening game, No. 2 Golden takes on two-time defending champion and No. 4 Evergreen for the 4A championship.

The second contest pits No. 1 Valor Christian and No 2 Regis for the 5A championship.

The boys play their semifinal round on Saturday in a quadrupleheader, and follow up with the championships on Monday. All of the remaining boys lacrosse games will be played at the University of Denver's Peter Barton Stadium.
Tickets for the boys semifinals are available through GoFan. There will be no cash sales on site.

To start the day on Saturday, in 4A, No. 5 Lutheran plays No. 9 Cheyenne Mountain and 10 a.m., with No. 2 Evergreen facing No. 3 Grand Junction at 12:30 p.m.

Then the 5A games follow at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.

The semifinals matchups pit No. 1 Valor Christian against No. 4 Arapahoe, and No. 2 Cherry Creek against No. 3 Regis Jesuit.

In Monday's championships, the 4A contest is scheduled to start at 5 p.m., with the 5A game to follow at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available through GoFan. There will be no cash sales on site.
