AURORA -- The finalists in the championship games of 2026 5A Girls Lacrosse State Tournament have been determined -- and it's No. 1 Valor Christian vs. No. 2 Regis Jesuit.
On Tuesday at Englewood High School, Valor Christian beat No. 5 Colorado Academy 7-5 and Regis Jesuit defeated No. 6 Kent Denver 14-4.
The championship game is set for 7:30 p.m. Friday at the University of Denver's
Peter Barton Stadium, following the conclusion of the 4A championship game.
After defeating 10-time champion Colorado Academy, Valor Christian is attempting to win a second straight state championship. Regis Jesuit, the 5A finalist in 2023 and semifinalist last year, is seeking its first state title in the sport.
