AURORA - The 2026 5A Girls Soccer State Championships have moved to the semifinal round after the quarterfinals were played at two sites Monday.

In Englewood, No. 13 Valor Christian continued its postseason run with a 2-1, overtime victory against No. 5 Rock Canyon. The first game at Engelwood saw No. 8 Mountain Vista knock off No. 1 Ralston Valley, 1-0.

In Highlands Ranch on Monday, No. 3 Castle View defeated No. 11 Columbine 1-0 and No. 2 Fossil Ridge beat No. 7 Cherry Creek 3-0. Defending champion Fossil Ridge and Castle View will meet in a rematch of last year's championship game.

The semifinals are Thursday at the University of Denver's Pioneer Field, and the championship game is Wednesday, May 20 at Weidner Field in Colorado Springs.
