4A Boys Basketball: Second Round Results

AURORA - The second round of the of the 2026 CHSAA 4A Boys Basketball State Tournament was played Saturday.

All games were played at the home site of a top-eight seed.

Among the highlights were Max Roselle of No. 5 Timnath hitting two free throws with 1.4 seconds to go to lift his team to a 51-50 victory over No. 12 Eagle Ridge Academy, and Trey Hall of No. 2 Montezuma-Cortez tipped it his own missed layup in traffic at the buzzer to secure the Panthers a 52-50 victory over No. 18 The Classical Academy.

Saturday's winners advance to the Great 8, which will be played at the Denver Coliseum on Wednesday. The semifinals are Friday, and the championship game is Saturday, March 14.
