Dylan Hoch Honored as August’s Brewed for Impact Award Winner


AURORA – CHSAA Commissioner Mike Krueger announced during Wednesday’s edition of Coffee with the Commish that Dylan Hoch is the August winner of the Brewed for Impact with Circle K award. The award marks the first honor for the 2026-27 school year.
Hoch is the athletic director at Denver Christian.
“Dylan embodies the exact spirit of the ‘Brewed for Impact’ award through his unwavering dedication to educationally based athletics and activities, consistently using sports as a vehicle to instill character, purpose, and lifelong values in student-athletes,” stated CHSAA Commissioner Mike Krueger. “What truly sets him apart is his heart for leadership and his relentless pursuit of excellence. He doesn’t just manage programs, he pours into the people around him, constantly elevating the standard for his school and inspiring our entire CHSAA community.”
In partnership with Circle K, CHSAA has been recognizing school administrators with a Brewed for Impact Award since 2025-26. This award honors those who lead with purpose, consistency and heart – pouring into others while championing educationally-based athletics and activities. The monthly recognition is part of Coffee with the Commish and recognizes leadership that goes beyond wins and losses and focuses on building stronger schools and stronger communities through the values of educationally-based programs.
Each month, one award winner receives a certificate from CHSAA Commissioner Mike Krueger and a coffee mug from Circle K for embodying the mission of CHSAA and making a meaningful difference in their schools and communities.
The first award winner was announced on September 24, 2025. The award will continue monthy throughout the 2026-27 school year.
