Agendas Released for 2026 All-School Summit, July 26-28
PARKING NOTE: Legacy Campus parking lots are under construction and have limited space. If there are no spots available on site, please park at Chaparral High School and there will be regular shuttles running back-and-forth on Monday and Tuesday. Please do not park on the streets around Legacy Campus.

AURORA – The various agendas for the upcoming All-School Summit have been released with information included for the general All-School Summit, the Activities Directors Meeting, the New Athletic Directors Meeting, the State Representatives Meeting and the Sports Medicine Symposium. The 2026 All-School Summit will be hosted at the Douglas County School District’s Legacy Campus this Sunday through Tuesday, July 26-28.
Reminder to all attendees, please bring your laptop to each of the meetings with you, as there will be interactive portions and opportunities to fill out forms on site.
Highlights of the All-School Summit agenda begin Monday afternoon, with the session focusing on all attendees. It will begin with a President’s Welcome from CHSAA Board of Directors President Mike Jobman, followed by a Commissioner’s Welcome from CHSAA Commissioner Mike Krueger and a message from Stacia Harris – this year’s keynote speaker – before breakouts begin. The breakout sessions will be focused on Transfer Students and Parents, the Importance of an Amazing PA Announcer, NIL and High School Impact, and Student Data Privacy.
The day will end with a reception at Sporty Pickle for all attendees.
Tuesday’s session will begin with open dialogue before Krueger leads the group through a Transfer Waiver Session. Tuesday’s breakouts will be around AI and The Importance of Regulation, Sportsmanship and De-Escalation Techniques, Shot Clock Operator Training, Mental Health Training, and RefReps.
Kicking things off on Sunday will be the three-day Activities Directors Meeting, which will feature a workshop on Sunday focused on understanding CHSAA bylaws and Colorado Revised Statutes, in addition to discussions around equal access, why clubs and activities are important, preparing sponsors to host school events and recognition/promotion of clubs and activities. Monday’s conversations will revisit some of those topics, while also addressing copyright compliance, sportsmanship, emergency action plans, student leadership, engaging unified students and more. The meeting will conclude on Tuesday with time for an open discussion.
All new athletic directors are encouraged to join the CHSAA staff for a New Athletic Directors meeting on Sunday, which will be geared specifically for getting them up-to-speed before the start of the year. All new ADs are encouraged to attend, with returning ADs welcome to join.
In addition to the athletic director portions, there will be a number of speakers featured in the Sports Medicine Symposium agenda on Monday speaking on topics such as Sportsmetrics, injuries that can’t wait, Flow State Brain Training, non-emergent assessment of the cervical spine, practical mental health conversations and more.
In conjunction with the All-School Summit, CHSAA Ambassadors will gather for their first meeting of the 2026–2027 school year. Throughout the two-day experience, the student ambassadors will strengthen their leadership skills through interactive breakout sessions led by former CHSAA State Representative and office intern Brakelle Westphal, engage in collaborative planning for the year ahead, participate in student leadership and activities director panel discussions, connect with partner organizations, and meet with members of the CHSAA staff to deepen their understanding of the Association’s mission, programs, and opportunities to serve as student leaders across Colorado.
The All-School Summit will end with the fourth-annual Foundation Golf Tournament on Tuesday afternoon. Registration is now closed, but you can still make a donation to the Foundation. All proceeds go directly to supporting opportunities that enhance experiences for Colorado students.
