Spring Sports Preseason Polls: Voting is Open for Coaches

AURORA – The Colorado High School Activities Association is now collecting votes from spring sports head coaches for its Spring Preseason Coaches Polls. 

All Athletic Directors received information on how to vote and were asked to share the information with head coaches. If you are a head coach and have not received the information on how to vote, please reach out to your athletic director. If you are an athletic director and you need the information to share with your coaches, please reach out to CHSAA Director of Communications Amanda McClure (amcclure@chsaa.org), or Assistant Director of Communications Rob White (rwhite@chsaa.org).

Please know that CHSAA will ONLY be doing a preseason coaches poll and all spring sports and activities will be included. Throughout the season, CHSAA will publicize the Seedings Index as a weekly ranking for the sports that have a Seedings Index (baseball, lacrosse, soccer and volleyball). These rankings will go live once there are enough games played to populate a ranking (approximately week 3 or 4 for most sports).

Preseason Coaches Polls will be released on the following dates with voting for each of the individual coaches polls closing at 8 a.m. on the morning for which the poll is released. 

Girls Golf: Wednesday, Feb. 18
Boys Swimming & Diving: Thursday, Feb. 19
Boys Volleyball: Thursday, Feb. 19
Girls Soccer: Tuesday, Feb. 24
Girls Tennis: Tuesday, Feb. 24
Baseball: Wednesday, Feb. 25
Boys Lacrosse: Thursday, Feb. 26
Girls Lacrosse: Thursday, Feb. 26
Boys Track & Field: Friday, Feb. 27
Girls Track & Field: Friday, Feb. 27
