AURORA - The Colorado High School Activities Association's Board President Joe Brown and the CHSAA Board of Directors have called a Special Session of the CHSAA Legislative Council for Tuesday, Sept. 16. The meeting will be virtual and will be called to order at 9 a.m. 

All information for the special session can be found in the Legislative Council Packet.

The agenda currently includes two items:

1. ADM-3 – A proposal to apply a multiplier to the three-year average enrollment of schools meeting specific criteria.
2. Membership Refund Retention – A request from the CHSAA staff and Board to retain the proposed membership refund stemming from the 2024-25 school year to assist with the renovation of the existing CHSAA office building.

Please note:

• No committee reports will be presented during this Special Session.
• All rules and regulations outlined in the CHSAA Constitution and Bylaws will be followed.
• Any amendments to the bylaws, constitution, or proposals will proceed according to the guidelines established in Article 12 of the Constitution.
• The final packet will be posted no later than 21 days prior to the meeting.
