AURORA - The field for the in-person quarterfinals for Esports' Rocket League has been set, with eight teams advancing to the Colorado High School Activities Association's 2025 Esports Fall State Championships.
The first round of play took place on Monday, Dec. 1, and the advancing teams reaching the in-person stage at Localhost in Lakewood on Tuesday, Dec. 9, where three rounds will be played at 9 a.m., 10 a.m. and 11 a.m..
Only one first-round contest saw a better-seeded team lose, as No. 9 Rocket League Varsity (Chatfield) defeated No. 8 NHS Nighthawks Varsity (Northfield) 4-0.
