2A-5A Baseball State Championship Information

The Colorado High School Activities Association’s 2024 2A, 3A, 4A and 5A Baseball State Championships will be played on May 31 and June 1, across four different venues.
  • The 2A state championship game will be played at CSU Pueblo's Rawlins Field, in Pueblo.
  • The 3A state championship game will be played at Butch Butler Field, in Greeley.
  • The 4A state championship game will be played at the Air Force Academy's Erdle Field, formerly known as Falcon Baseball Field, in Colorado Springs.
  • The 5A state championship games will be played at All Star Park, in Lakewood.


What time will the venue open?

  • All of the host venues will open to the public one hour before the first pitch.
 

How will I know when a certain team is competing?

  • Results and updated brackets will be available on CHSAANow.com.
  • A live stream of many of the state tournament games will be available on the NFHS Network.

Will I need a ticket to attend?
  • Yes, tickets will be required for attendance and can be purchased on GoFan.


Where can the public park?

  • For the 2A and 3A state championships, the public should use the free on-site parking.
  • For the 4A state championship, spectators should arrive via the North Gate (exit 156 from I-25), and use the free on-site parking.
    • PLEASE NOTE: All spectators at the 4A State Champion18 and older will be required to have a form of ID on them.
  • For the 5A state championship, the public should use the free on-site parking, until it is full, at which point it is recommended they park at the free off-site lot, found at Red Rocks Church, on the south side of Alameda, at the juncture of Alameda and Harlan, as depicted in the map below.

How should fans conduct themselves during the event?

  • Please only engage in positive cheers.
  • All artificial noisemakers are prohibited.
  • If attending a game as a fan of a visiting team, or the lower-seeded team at a neutral site, sit along the first-base side of the stands. If attending a game as a fan of hosting team, or the higher-seed team, sit along the third-base side of the stands.
  • Videotaping a team's games is only allowed if approved by the tournament director.

Will there be a trophy presentation?

  • Yes, there will be a trophy presentation immediately following the championship game in each classification.

Will there be merchandise available to purchase on-site?
  • Souvenir items (t-shirts, sweatshirts, pins, shorts, etc.) will be available for purchase on-site through the Kukulski Brothers. For pre-sale items, call (602-386-3460) or email the Kukulski Brothers.
