AURORA -- The Colorado High School Activities Association's 5A Girls Basketball Tournament heated up on Friday night, with all 16 remaining playoff teams playing their second-round game.

Winners will advance to the Great 8 at the Denver Coliseum. All Great 8 games will be played on March 1.

Here are the results from Friday's second-round games:

• No. 1 Air Academy vs. No. 17 Palmer Ridge: Air Academy wins, 47-28 (will advance to play Frederick).
• No. 2 Roosevelt vs. No. 18 Northridge: Roosevelt wins, 76-46 (will advance to play Montrose).
• No. 3 Mead vs. No. 14 Mountain View: Mead wins, 71-60 (will advance to play Standley Lake).
• No. 4 Northfield vs. No. 13 Lewis-Palmer: Northfield wins, 66-41 (will advance to play Windsor).
• No. 5 Windsor vs. No. 21 Littleton: Windsor wins, 49-43 (will advance to play Northfield).
• No. 6 Green Mountain vs. No. 11 Standley Lake: Standley Lake wins, 32-27 (will advance to play Mead).
• No. 7 Montrose vs. No. 10 Pueblo West: Montrose wins, 38-32 (will advance to play Roosevelt).
• No. 8 Frederick vs. No. 9 Vista PEAK Prep: Frederick wins, 51-32 (will advance to play Air Academy).
