AURORA - The quarterfinal of the Colorado High School Activities Association's 2023 5A Boys Soccer State Championship Tournament was completed Saturday night. The winners will advance to the semifinals, with matches being played at the University of Denver on Nov. 8.

No. 9 seed Regis Jesuit defeated No. 16 seed Liberty in the first quarterfinals match, 4-1. The Raiders will face the No. 4 seed Denver East Angels in the semifinals, after East defeated No. 5 seed Arapahoe, 1-0, as Arapahoe's buzzer-beating goal attempt sailed just above the crossbar.
On the other side of the bracket, No. 7 seed Broomfield will face No. 14 seed Cherokee Trail at the University of Denver, after Broomfield beat No. 2 seed Ralston Valley, 2-1, in a stunning overtime upset, while No. 14 seed Cherokee Trail kept their championship hopes alive by defeating Legend, 2-0.
Following the semifinals will be The State Championship game on Nov. 11 at Switchbacks Weidner Field in Colorado Springs. State Championship tickets for the finals can be
