Saturday Results
The No. 4 Broomfield Eagles were the first team to advance to the semifinals on Saturday, as they scored 24 unanswered points to secure a 38-6 victory over No. 5 Mesa Ridge. Next week, they will face No. 1 Palmer Ridge for a trip to the State Championship Game.
On the other half of the bracket, No. 7 Dakota Ridge scored late to avoid a shutout, but No. 2 Erie still earned the 35-7 win. In the semifinals, Erie will play No. 3 Montrose. Montrose also only allowed a single score in their Saturday game, defeating No. 11 Windsor 26-7.
Friday Results
In Friday's lone 4A Football playoff game, top-seeded Palmer Ridge lept ahead to a 28-0 lead through the first three quarters to ultimately walk away with a 28-7 win over No. 8 Heritage.
Their opponent in the semifinals will be No. 4 Broomfield.
