The Colorado High School Activities Association has announced the 2023 All-State Boys Tennis teams. The teams are presented by CHSAANow.com and MaxPreps.

These teams were created based upon results at the individual and dual-team state tournaments.

The athletes who won the 1 singles championships at their classification were named players of the year. The coaches who helped their team to dual-team state championships at their classification were named coaches of the year. Athletes who won their position, as well as the runner-up for 1 singles, were named first-team All-State, while athletes that finished as the runner-up in their position, as well as the third-place finisher for 1 singles, were named second-team All-State.
