Marisa Tenorio serves as a Coordinator of Activities for the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA), where she works with esports, music, speech and debate, student leadership, and the CHSAA Hall of Fame. She joined the organization after serving as an intern during the 2023–24 academic year, where she contributed to more than 30 events, including multiple state championships and music festivals. Through the Sports Management Internship Program, she assisted with planning, organizing, and executing events across all three high school sports seasons. Her experience spans both athletics and activities, giving her a well-rounded perspective on student engagement.

In addition to her work with CHSAA, Tenorio has gained experience with organizations such as the Colorado Golf Association and Empower Field, where she served in a guest relations role. She has also been actively involved in community and educational initiatives, including organizing youth clinics through Sportswomen of Colorado. A bilingual professional in English and Spanish, she brings strong communication skills and a commitment to accessibility and inclusion. Tenorio earned her bachelor’s degree in sport management from Metropolitan State University of Denver, where she was also involved in the Sport Management Club.
