Jim Keller is a Colorado native whose career has been dedicated to sports medicine, athletic performance, and service to the athletic training profession. He began his professional journey as an Athletic Trainer with the Denver Broncos, gaining invaluable experience at the highest level of professional sports. During his many years with the organization, Jim was also contracted to provide sideline coverage for high school sporting events, reinforcing his commitment to athlete safety and development at all levels of competition.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a lifelong business dream, Jim founded Next Level Sports Performance in 2004. More than 22 years later, he remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations, continuing to mentor athletes, professionals, and staff while growing the organization’s impact within the community.

Jim has been a leader within his profession, serving as President of the Colorado Athletic Trainers Association from 2018 to 2022. During his tenure, he and the board successfully achieved statewide licensure for all Colorado Athletic Trainers, a landmark accomplishment for the profession. He has also been a member of the CHSAA Sports Medicine Advisory Committee since 2020.

Outside of work, Jim embraces the Colorado lifestyle, enjoying hiking, hunting, fishing, and the many outdoor challenges the state has to offer.
