Jenn Roberts-Uhlig is an Associate Commissioner for the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA), where she leads efforts in sports medicine, manages organizational partnerships, and serves as a liaison for new athletic directors. She joined the CHSAA staff in 2012 as an assistant commissioner and was named associate commissioner in 2025. In her role, she works closely with member schools, administrators, and partners to support student-athletes and strengthen statewide programs.
Prior to joining CHSAA, Roberts-Uhlig served as athletic director and assistant principal at Sheridan High School. A Colorado native and Sheridan alumna, she began her career there in 2000 as a teacher and coach. She served as head track and field coach and held assistant coaching roles in soccer, track and field, and cheerleading, while also leading the school’s student leadership program.
Roberts-Uhlig has been actively involved in both school and statewide leadership throughout her career. She chaired league committees, contributed to CHSAA sport committees, and helped organize league-wide events. She also played a key role in building community partnerships and developing programs to support student participation. Roberts-Uhlig holds a bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix, and remains dedicated to advancing education-based athletics and activities across Colorado.
