Audra Peterson Cathy is a Coordinator of Sport for the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA), where she supports the administration of cross country, gymnastics, spirit, track and field, and unified bowling. In this role, she works closely with leadership to coordinate events, manage logistics, and support statewide programs. She also serves as a liaison for sports medicine initiatives and corporate partnerships.

Peterson Cathy returned to CHSAA in 2023, having previously served the organization from 2008 to 2019 as an executive administrative assistant. During her initial tenure, she played a key role in organizing and executing state championships, managing logistics such as team coordination, ticketing, vendors, officials, and event operations. She also supported participation oversight for member schools and contributed to maintaining efficient processes across athletics and activities.

In addition, Peterson Cathy coordinated major events such as speech and debate conferences, overseeing travel, hospitality, scheduling, and multi-day operations. She has experience in media relations, including implementing media policies and serving as a liaison during championship events. Her work has also included budget management and participation in initiatives to explore new technologies to enhance operations. Outside of CHSAA, she has coached high school track and field and gymnastics, further strengthening her connection to student-athletes and school programs.
