Arin Dunn is an Assistant Commissioner for the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA), where he oversees sports including field hockey, flag football, ice hockey, lacrosse, and soccer. In this role, he works with member schools, coaches, and administrators to support student-athletes and strengthen education-based athletics across Colorado. A Colorado native, Dunn brings both personal and professional ties to CHSAA and its mission.
Prior to joining CHSAA, Dunn served as Senior Associate Athletics Director at Wake Forest University, where he led student-athlete development, administration, and Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) initiatives. He also held leadership roles at the University of Texas, Kansas State University, and Colorado State University, building more than a decade of experience in Division I athletics administration. Throughout his career, he has led strategic initiatives related to student-athlete development, inclusive excellence, and major event operations.
Dunn was a student-athlete himself, earning all-state recognition at Broomfield High School before playing basketball at Colorado State University and briefly pursuing a professional career. He has been actively involved in NCAA leadership development programs and conference-level committees focused on student-athlete experience and well-being. His work has included developing nationally recognized programs and supporting championship-level teams. Dunn is committed to creating positive, equitable, and impactful experiences for student participants across Colorado.
