Women in Leadership Set for Sept. 30 in Evergreen

AURORA - The Colorado High School Activities Association will host its third-annual Women in Leadership Conference on Tuesday, Sept. 30 at the Evergreen Lake House in Evergreen. The event will begin at 8 a.m. and end around 2 p.m.

Space is limited to the first 200 women who sign up, and a sellout is anticipated, as more than half the slots have already been filled. The registration fee is $100 and includes breakfast, lunch, and some special items. While payment is required at the time of registration, a new cancellation policy has been implemented this year, which is outlined in the RSVP form,

The event returns to the Evergreen Lake House for a second-straight year, marking a spectacular setting for a day filled with inspiration, connection, and the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. In addition to a great lineup of speakers and sessions, there will be time to walk or hike around the lake or simply relax and take in the views. (Note: The lake itself will be closed, so no paddle boarding or canoeing will be allowed due to the lake not being staffed.)

In addition to inspiring panels and interactive sessions, the day will equip attendees with useful tools on how to navigate decisions in their own lives. There will also be focus on the book, "Real Self-Care (Crystals, Cleanses, and Bubble Baths Not Included)" by Pooja Lakshmin. All attendees will get a copy of the book and knowledge of the book prior to the event is NOT a prerequisite to attending.

For anyone looking to attend, please fill out the RSVP form before the event sells out.
