AURORA - The 2A, 3A and 4A girls soccer state championship matches are set for Tuesday night at the DICK's Sporting Goods Park.
The 2A state championship game between No. 5 Fountain Valley and No. 6 Colorado Springs Christian will take place at 3 p.m., and will be followed by the 3A game between No. 1 Jefferson Academy and No. 3 Manitou Springs at 5:30 p.m. and then the 4A match between No. 1 Lutheran and No. 2 Dakota Ridge at 8 p.m. The 5A state championship will be played on Thursday at 6 p.m.
All tickets are digital and must be purchased through Ticketmaster, no cash sales will be made on site. Tickets are $14.45 and are good for all three games. All 2022-2023 CHSAA Cards and Passes will be accepted (courtesy cards, media cards, etc.). It's encouraged that you purchase tickets in advance to bypass long lines.

In 2A, No. 5 Fountain Valley School advanced to the final by upsetting No. 1 SkyView Academy, 1-0 in the semifinals Saturday night. They also defeated No. 12 Front Range Christian, 2-1, in the first round before knocking off No. 4 Dawson School, 7-0 in the quarterfinals. No. 6 Colorado Springs Christian School has dominated their side of the bracket and made its way to the finals with a 4-1 win over No. 2 Denver Christian Saturday night in the semifinals. They also logged victories over No. 11 Ridgway in the first round, 8-0, and Flatirons Academy in the quarterfinal round, 6-1.
In 3A, top-seeded Jefferson Academy has cruised through the bracket, giving up just two goals in four games. In the first round, Jefferson Academy recorded a 16-0 shutout win over No. 32 Regis Groff and followed it up with an 8-1 win over No. 17 Roaring Fork in the second round. Following a 4-0 shutout win over No. 8 Liberty Common in the quarterfinals, they used a 3-1 win over No. 5 Colorado Academy to advance to the championship game. On the other side of the bracket, No. 3 Manitou Springs recorded three-straight shutout wins over No. 30 Elizabeth, 10-0, No. 14 Salida, 6-0, and No. 6 Delta, 6-0, before narrowly escaping No. 7 Kent Denver, with a 2-1 win in the semifinals.
In 4A, No. 1 seed Lutheran has yet to give up a goal, as they've posted four-straight shutout victories. They knocked off No. 32 Thornton in the first round, 11-0, No. 16 Cheyenne Mountain in the second round, 4-0, No. 8 Mullen in the quarterfinals, 1-0, and No. 4 Mead in the semifinals, 1-0. No. 2 Dakota Ridge secured a spot in the finals with a 1-0 shutout win over No. 6 Northfield in the semifinals. They opened the tournament with a 3-1 win over No. 31 Palmer Ridge in the first round, and followed it up with a 5-0 win over No. 15 Grand Junction in the second round and a 4-2 victory over No. 7 Evergreen in the quarterfinals.
