COLORADO SPRINGS - The 2026 4A and 3A Girls Soccer State Championship games were played Tuesday at Weidner Field, and the 2A and 5A games are set for Wednesday.
On Tuesday, both Colorado Academy (3A) and Evergreen (4A) earned a third straight state championship.
On Wednesday, the 2A game between Buena Vista and Forge Christian kicks off at 3 p.m. and the 5A game pitting Fossil Ridge and Mountain Vista follows at 6 p.m.
Game Day Information:
- Tickets for the championship games are available only through Seat Geek. There are no cash sales on site. One ticket will be good for both games on that particular day.
- Spectators must enter through the Northeast Entrance. This is the only entry for fans. Seating will all be on the west side of the stadium behind the team benches. Overflow seating will be open on the East Side of the stadium.
- Please note that Weidner Field has a clear bag policy and will check bags when entering the stadium.
- For fans unable to make it to Weidner Field, all games will be streamed live through the NFHS Network.
Buena Vista, the 2024 runner-up, is seeking its first state championship in girls soccer. Forge Christian has won three state titles, most recently in 2008.
Mountain Vista has won five girls soccer state championships, most recently in 2024. Others came in 2005, 2011, 2013 and 2017. Last year was the only state championship in girls soccer for Fossil Ridge.
Evergreen now has five overall girls soccer state championships, with the others coming in 1990 and 1997.
Colorado Academy has now won eight girls soccer state titles after previously winning in 1999, 2003, 2014, 2015 and 2019. Only Arapahoe (nine) has more girls soccer championship. Kent Denver and Cheyenne Mountain have seven.
