AURORA -- The Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) has released its preseason coaches' polls for field hockey.
Cherry Creek and Colorado Academy were picked as the co-preseason favorites. Cherry Creek won the 2024 state title, while Colorado Academy had won the two-straight state championships prior to last year, and seven of the last 12 state titles.
Field hockey games can start next Thursday, Aug. 21, with the state championship game scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 5 at DPS All-City Stadium.
