AURORA - Two classifications - 5A and 6A - of boys and girls basketball will have their 2025 state tournaments brackets seeded and released on Sunday by the Colorado State High School Activities Association (CHSAA) office.
Those tournament will begin with the boys first-round games on Tuesday, Feb. 25. The first round games in the girls tournaments are Wednesday, Feb. 26. The boys' second round games will be on Friday, Feb. 28, followed by the girls' second round on Saturday, March 1. Sweet 16 games will be on Tuesday, March 4 (boys) and Wednesday, March 6 (girls). The 5A Great 8 games will be played on Friday, March 7, with the 6A Great 8 games on Saturday, March 8. The semifinals and finals of the state championships will be Thursday through Saturday, March 13-15, at the Denver Coliseum.
