Farley Burl
Manual
The Burl family may simply be the finest track family in Colorado. They all excelled in any sport they chose, but had a penchant for success on the track. Farley played football and ran track for Manual High School from 1971-1974 and ranked in the top 5% of his graduating class. At MHS, Farley was on the dean’s list three times, a member of the National Honor Society, in Student Council and vice-Head Boy at the school as a senior. His state record in the 880 has been retired and was the second fastest in the nation at the time
