Warren Mitchell is a coaching icon. He has coached for 50 years, the last 47 1/2 in Limon, and has impacted the lives of literally thousands of high school athletes during that time. Consider that he has coached four state basketball championship teams, 10 state track championships and a football title. Also consider that he has 399 career coaching basketball wins.
