One of the state’s top baseball coaches, Danley ranks among the top two winningest baseball coaches in Colorado history. In 44 seasons at Eaton's head coach from 1972 to 2015, Danley led the Reds to 11 state championships. The Reds won more championships than any other team in state history under Danley, who finished with a 807-163-2 career record was 807-163-2 and a national-best best winning percentage of 83.1.
