Tom Fincken

Tom Fincken officiated football, basketball and track and field in Colorado for nearly 30 years. He was a basketball official for 27 years, football for 16 and 24 in track. He is a National Football League official. He is one of just two people to have officiated in a Final 4 (1986) and the Super Bowl (1995, 1997, and 2000). He worked eight NCAA playoffs in basketball and also worked in the WAC and Big West Conference. During his presidency of the Colorado basketball officials, Fincken instituted an evaluation program to assist officials.
