Alice Barron’s impact on high school athletics has been significant, particularly in the early days of girls athletics where her efforts helped girls athletics reach record levels in the 1990s. Her trademark as a fair and equitable administrator earned her recognition in the National High School Hall of Fame, as well as the CHSAA Hall of Fame. She continues to serve as a strong role model for female students, coaches and administrators alike.
